“I am vegetarian and had slacked off taking the max B. My nails were degenerating and I couldn't sleep. I really had no Idea that the B would help, I started taking it again just because I knew it was needed in my diet, and I am amazed at the condition of my nails, my hair, and I sleep so much better.”
