“This is a well-made product that looks good and has fun things for your little one to play with. It's good value and I haven't noticed and major flaws or problems. A couple of tweaks would make this so much better though. 1. The height has only a couple of stepped adjustments. Even on the lowest setting, it's too high for my 7 month old's feet to touch the floor in walker mode or the base tray in rocker mode, and he's a big lad for his age! The height adustment is on a ratchet so, whenever you pick the thing up, it extends to maximum height and has to be lowered again. This means that you can move it with the baby in it but will need to take him out to lower it again afterwards. 2. This folds fairly flat when not in use and will go under most beds quite easily. This is a handy feature but it doesn't lock in this position and ratchets out to max height when you pick it up. Try carrying this out to put it in the boot of the car and you'll see how frustrating this is! Both of the above problems could be solved with a lockable slider height adjust, rather than the simple ratchet that is currently fitted. 3. The console has a removeable toy phone and car for your wee one to play with. They both clip into place but can be taken out to play with separately. Both toys have a squeaker and the car also plays a variety of tunes. The car is loud though; really loud, and there is no volume control. It will probably do your head in! I stuck tape over the speaker outlet and it's a bit more bearable now. The other option is just to remove the batteries. Why did they make it so loud though? The phone is fine but ends up on the floor a lot. A simple tether would be handy but I appreciate that this could be a hazard as well.”

“The product which was a baby monza walker was very tacky. The wheels are too small and do not allow for smooth movement of the walker as the bottom scrapes the floor. Delivery could have been more precise with tracking actually working rather then not. Would not recommend as i am unsatisfied with this product.”
