“Products are great! Having a few concerns though now about the length of the footmuff as it advertises that it is suitable up to 3years. Probably more like 2 Years at the most. May need to purchase a bigger one down the line. Company was ok as they did give me a head's up that the products were out of stock and would take up to 2 weeks to arrive with the option for a refund if wanted instead which was much appreciated. Only concern was their efficiency at answering their phone contact number as I tried to get an update on the order after the 2 weeks with no such luck. Company did redeem my faith in them at the quick delivery of the products once I had written an email of concern. Could my email have been avoided if they actually had answered their phone?”
