This is supposed to be a luxury product which we've spent top price on to have. We received this and right away noticed the poor sewing job on the material around the music heart. It was frayed and looked like someone did it in a hurry. I had this returned and replaced. The second one we received the music box didn't work, full stop. I read the instructions carefully when winding the box, not winding any more than 4 times clockwise as it said, and it did not play. I called the sender to ask what was wrong and I was told that I didn't read the instructions correctly and that I was supposed to turn music dial once counterclockwise to 'get it started' and then again clockwise for it to play. They said that if I turn it clockwise first off then it may break the motor. I have read the instructions about 10 times now, NO WHERE does it say anything about turning the dial counterclockwise. In fact it clearly started to only ever turn it clockwise. This has caused me alot of hassle and I was now getting a thurd replacement sent out. The maker needs to have a thorough look at their instructions as I don't believe I can be the only one find this as a problem.
