“The set arrived with the numerous bolts all in a single bag so had to be individually measured and sorted, some only being a mm differance so this took a considerable time. After this was done it was discovered that there were 2 bolts missing and part of the glider was bent. I immediately telephoned to ask for the bolts and glider replacements to be sent as it was a Christmas present to my Grandchildren. I was told they would be sent out that day well in time for Christmas. I am still waiting for them and the grandchildren have gone home, no Christmas present for them this year!”
