“Recieved the rattle and it was faulty. Some of the rubber was peeling off so not safe for a 4 month old to mouth. Contacted pram centre via online chat. Within 5 minutes I had a new one on order and the old one was going to be collected. The next day all was rectified. Great customer service.”
