“The condition is matching the listing overall, with perfectly usable storage boxes with minor rust in some parts, however all the military-related markings and writings have been fully covered in yellow paint. I'm not sure if this is a legal requirement, but it removes a lot of the character of the boxes and is extremely disingenuous when the advertised pictures don't have this paint and the listing doesn't specify it anywhere either.”

“No where in photos or description does it say they paint over them to hide the original text which is the only reason I bought them as thought theyâ€™d look good to store things in, one of the boxes has a small amount of water in and filled with rust. I expected some rust but not rotten with it, the other box I have is far superior, especially if I was planning to put prepping supplies in like stated in description. Only reason Iâ€™ve not put one star is because I have the ability to restore them back but will take me hours in doing so. Overall displeased with the purchase. Big warning for anyone that thinks theyâ€™re getting the product in the photo”
