“These are great masks. Mostly good quality. I bought 4, and one seems to be an issued mask, and the top of the chin seal was crumbling. This doesn't affect the seal but makes it a little uncomfortable. The filter supplied was also unsealed (out of protective pack), but still had the plastic filter seals in place so not sure whether it is usable. The carrying bag was also extremely grubby but nothing a good wipe down didn't sort out. The only other thing is that all masks have an oily film covering the visor, but suspect this is probably from plasticizer leach, similar to foggy windcreens, which is difficult to remove. Detergent and lens wipes seen to give a reasonably good result. I think most of these issues are probably more related to previous storage conditions. For the price these are good masks, especially as they come with filters, and the service from these guys is exceptional especially given the coronavirus situation. Will be ordering some more bits and bobs shortly. Will be my go to site from now on.”

“Paid Â£30 which is very cheap for a working gas mask and it shows it came very early which is great in cool bag but the mask was filthy cleaned up ok but two bits came of while I was cleaning it and I wasnâ€™t rough, itâ€™s fixable with some super glue but I shouldnâ€™t have had to. The filter also looks old and used , Basically u buy a cheap gas mask u get a cheap gas mask.”

“The example photo shown for the product shows a clear, clean plastic lense. It also would seem to be new. What I received in the post has clearly been used many, many times. Smells of chemicals and the lense is completely opaque. You cannot see through the goggles at all. If you were to hold your hand in front of your face, you would not be able to see it.”

“The army package had mold on it which is the least of my problems as long as the product works, but the mask rubber had solidified and as I pulled it out of the package with the slightest bend it broke in half. Also the glass was so old it was impossible to see through it and has completely fogged up.”

“This gas mask is NOT the Polish mp5 its acxtually the French anp-vp f1. The anp-vp f1 has some problems that the mp5 dosent have, but it still a good gasmask. I would recomend buying it! The filther than came whit it is made in 1989 i think so I dont know hove safe it is.”

“I took a chance as I believed the description but mine had a name on it Emile and the filters looked like they'd been in a back of a shed. A bit let down but I guess you learn. Delivery was ok.”
