Got this product as a present and arrived quickly. Was amused to see it was 1 square foot of land (knew it would not be much) and can visualise the recipient standing in the small square!!! Wanted the certificate (title deed) to go with present so sent off card. Nothing arrived after 3 weeks (said 5 to 7 day delivery of deed) so rang company who send out deeds. Card had not arrived! Thankfully had copied card before sending so was able to give details over phone and title deed was received 2 days later. So, word of warning is, photocopy all details before sending card off or you could end up without deed! Great service throughout though.

My wonderful husband had been talking about buying a small holding somewhere and knowing it is a dream out of our grasp at this time, I thought this gift would fit the bill! A small holding and a fun title! He loved it, booking a table for a meal is so much fun these days.. Fantastic gift.

The gift was for a friend who is always a bit posh. So we had to get something that bit different. She has always wanted to own land in Scotland, now she does. Wiht a title to boot. Present was a big success

I sent this directly to my friend - a fellow scot who now lives in London. She phoned me immediately when she recieved this present, she said "I have always been known as Lady Muck... and now I have the offcial title!" We are planning a trip to Scotland this summer and now we are adding a detour to visit my friend's castle(!) and have the tour - it has made our trip a little more special and I can't wait! - Thanks for a random and cool present! Bought it as a gift for a friend who was feeling a bit down - it cheered her up no end. A great idea and a good-value giggle.

I recently bought a tittle for my StepFather and one for my Mother as they've always fancied themselves as rather posh, they thought it was a great, unique gift and it went down wonderfully, my mother is still signing things Lady... =D
