Each Ecosphere contains small shrimps, (3 4 in a small) filtered seawater, algae, gorgonian and gravel which are all part of the working closed Ecosystem. All the surfaces act as hiding areas for the shrimp where micro-organisms can also attach themselves. The gorgonian (branch) is a non-living material and is hand cut for each individual Ecosphere. Therefore, no two Ecospheres are alike, making them truly unique gifts.

“I purchased a gift for Valentines day, which arrived within a couple of days after purchase (great speed!) packaging was great and the gift itself is actually so amazing that I may even keep it for myself. “I bought the Ecosphere as a present for my partners home office (to provide something other than a screen to look at) but it was also a great talking point for visitors over the Christmas period. We are now considering buying a bigger one for the living room.”
