Each Ecosphere contains small shrimps, (3 4 in a small) filtered seawater, algae, gorgonian and gravel which are all part of the working closed Ecosystem. All the surfaces act as hiding areas for the shrimp where micro-organisms can also attach themselves. The gorgonian (branch) is a non-living material and is hand cut for each individual Ecosphere. Therefore, no two Ecospheres are alike, making them truly unique gifts.

“Globe arrived quick and the shrimps were swimming around within minutes of opening. Great present for my boyfriend who is allergic to pets. Includes booklet and a little magnet inside globe which is handy when moving the plant into place after opening.great fun present.”
