“It’s probably great, but I wouldn’t know as I’ve not received it yet despite ordering nearly two weeks ago. Probably wise to wait until customers have received their order before bombarding them with emails asking to review it”

“This is a fabulous book for the football mad person in your life. Lovely faux leather cover and personalised as you would like. I would of given full 5 points but for the delivery. I ordered on 7th december thinking i would get it in plenty of time. I have been on pins waiting for it. Waiting in for post van every day and subsequently not getting other stuff done. But it did finally arrive today phew and like i said it is lovely.”

“Well after a poor start Prezzybox redeemed themselves. I placed my order on 9th Dec and was told delivery would be by 19th Dec. No gift arrived and no explanation e-mail on 19th. So i emailed them on the 20th as I had still heard nothing and received an e-mail back apologising for the delay and advising my gift would arrive in 48 hours. The gift arrived 48 hours later but I sorta feel had I not chased then I would not have heard anything. The product itself is very good quality and I'm happy with it- I just won't order for Christmas again.”
