“I loved this idea for my girlfriend to received a message from me whilst I was away for two weeks, unfortunately when she received the present, the message was blank.. obviously I was not happy. If you could please contact me to arrange my refund that would be much appreciated.”

“For the size of the bottle, the sand was very little... Not even 1/4 of bottle was covered with sand... For the price I'm very disappointed as it was a gift for my best friends 50th”
