“Bought as a gift for someone who has bad neck problems and has to visit a physio. Like other reviews have said, the packaging of the product came broken hence the 4 stars (plastic style bag), but this is due to the heavy stones being at the bottom. Perhaps more wrapping could be used for these, or the company who makes them could make the bags stronger? I had to sellotape the bottom. My friend loved it, and got in touch to say it is the best present she has ever got, and her neck doesn't hurt for the first time in over a year! Fab buy, and excellent price! (I used the £5 off voucher too!) Thank you!”
