“My name is Sam and I ordered a present on the 23rd Oct, for my Mum's birthday. Why, when I have paid extra for next day delivery, has my gift arrived late 26th? I thought that especially as you are a company who specialises in gifts, it would arrive on time. Isn't that the whole point? Very disappointed.”
