“After placing my order for this item plus others I then did not receive an email advising that my order has been dispatched. I subsequently queried this and was then advised my order had not been processed due to an admin issue. At that point I was advised that the Bonsai Tree was not in stock - but the rest of my order would be dispatched and sent by next day delivery. That happened - sort of. When the order arrived it transpired that another item in my order had not been in stock so had been removed from my order. Some questions:- - Why was I able to order the Bonsai Tree when it was not in stock? - Why was I able to order the other item when it was not in stock? - Why was I not advised that the other item had been removed from my order when I queried why I had not been issued an email advising of dispatch? - Why am I now being asked to feedback about an item I never received? I appreciate these are all very much first world problems that need to be seen as beoing of very low significance against the issues we all face these days. For that reason I was intending to let this lie - until that it I received an email asking for feedback. So my apologies - but you did ask! I would dearly love to include a photo of the Bonsai Tree growing - but ..............”
