“my order was delivered quickly and well packaged. The cutlery itself is a good quality but is better suited to a 3-4 year old as is a bit bigger as I thought. However he engraving is not the best as it is a little bit blurred in places”

“For the price this was as expected, but the presentation box it came in was not protected by bubble wrap or anything else so luckily wasn't damaged in transit, held together at one edge with Sellotape which was wrinkled and had dust trapped underneath it. Managed to peel it off though without any damage to the box. Cutlery wasn't pressed into their respective holes, so I pushed them in myself and where they'd engraved just needed a quick polish. I think all this is because I ordered express delivery and it's personalised, but once I'd checked everything over and tidied it up the actual product was very good and the recipient was very pleased with the gift. Please note something I missed but it's marked clearly on the box - not dishwasher safe.”
