“I ordered this as a 70th birthday present for my brother. It did arrive on time but I would have liked to have been informed of delivery time. No tracking number or data (in this day and age. Really?)”

“Cannot rate it because although ordered on 2/6/20 and it is now 12/6/20 the item has not arrived .Was despatched on 8/6/20 according to customer services at Prezzybox .Even allowing for present circumstances I would have hoped it would have arrived within given timescale of 5/6 -11/6 for delivery .It was for an 80th birthday present which has been and gone .Really disappointed with service .”
