“Ordered on the 17th December with estimated delivery 20th-24th. Enquired about the delivery as it has still not arrived on the 28th of December and still no reply 2 days later. Now missed this being a Christmas present and will more than likely not be able to give it as a backup birthday present in a few days time.”
