“It certainly did NOT create a moment of happiness!!! The gift was never delivered! It was supposed be next day delivery and I paid extra for it. I was told I should have chosen Saturday delivery when I queried it despite the extra delivery charge being the same. I therefore concluded that it would be delivered on next working day i.e. Monday. It was not delivered even by Wednesday and I was refunded the money when I complained. I missed the opportunity of giving someone a gift because of your negligence. To date I have not been given an explanation as to why this happened. I will not be using Prezzybox again. It is interesting to note that you did not put my review on Trustpilot - seems you only put positive reviews there which is very deceitful!”
