“I wasn't quite sure why it was stated that I shouldn't mention anything about the delivery or customer service - surely, these are extremely important aspects for any customer! However, apart from that, I really liked the pen that I got as a little gesture for my niece's 16th birthday - after all, what young girl doesn't like pink bling?!! She absolutely loves it!”
