“Bought this on 13th Decemeber, came in time but with the complete wrong writing on the tag! Asked for a replacement in time for christmas and still no where to be seen! I rang up the help line and they said it would be here and it isnt. Now ive got a present which i wont be able to give until aftwr christmas now! Not very good service at all!”
