“They were due to be delivered 9-12 December. It’s now 18th December and they’ve still not been dispatched. I emailed Support and they said that they’ve upgraded their delivery system so it will come in time for Christmas. I don’t see how it can be delivered if they won’t dispatch it. I ordered 3 Christmas presents from them, I won’t be ordering any more.”
