“Absolutely dreadful service apart from the lady who helped me in Customer Service called Vicky. Would NEVER recommend using them. Ordered a secret santa gift for work and the date came and went so missed the secret santa. Then rearranged for another date for secret santa and it still never arrived. Hard to contact them via email. Rang and spoke to vicky who was very helpful but it was too little too late.”
