“Ordering online was easy, delivery I knew would be on birthday or day later. I gave correct name to be delivered to at University but from Prezzybox to Hermes the name changed to mine and caused further delays as I could not be traced at University. I had to forward my daughter the details by email and when she approached office at University to trace parcel was treated badly. This caused upset and disappointment.”

We can see you attempted to change these details at a later date but unfortunately your parcel was already in transit and we were unable to change the recipient name at this stage.
