“I was very disappointed when my friend received her gift of the 'thank you' chocolates, the chocolates had completely melted and the box looked absolutely terrible, I felt that it had been a complete waste of money and definitely didnt pass on the thought that I wanted to send to her. I ordered chocolates through another online company for my grandson which arrived perfectly as they had put a chill bag inside the parcel, maybe this is something you should do in future to protect other customers orders.”
