“I purchased these chocolates for my Grandma, however, as I went through the check out process, I noticed that there was no option to add a message! I was disappointed as this is the least I expect from a company who, from their name, would appear to specialise in presents. I called their helpline and they put an A4 sheet of paper in with the text I wanted which didn't look nice at all. How is the recipient supposed to know who sent the chocolates if there isn't an option to leave a note?”

“I wanted to buy my widowed sister in law something that was both a thank you for having us to her birthday party (separate prezzy bought with us) and something that she wouldn't have to share with her grown up children, so this was a perfect prezzy - apparently they did not survive the day! She was delighted with the idea and the taste of the chocs was raved about. All went within 6 hours - what more could I ask of a prezzy than that!”

“Over all the chocolates were good and I have not seen anything similar anywhere else. They did however look bigger on line, when they arrived I was disappointed they were so small considering the price.”
