“Birthday gift for my mums 70th. She loved it. I didn’t see it as it was sent straight to her so wasn’t sure what it would be like. But she loved it. She said it had newspaper cutting, facts and figures. I can’t wait to have a look at it.”

“I still haven't received it! I was expecting it last monday. It's Saturday and no sign. I will be ringing on monday. Not happy! It's a present for my mother's birthday which has been and gone. Not good”
