“The book was an interesting overview of some of the key events that took place each year in History. The problem was delivery - it arrived after the latest delivery date. I phoned up the day after the original date had been missed and was assured it was arriving that day, but it arrived two days later. I missed the day when I wanted to give it as a present.”
