“It is a pretty cup and saucer but was very disappointed as the personalised writing was not straight! Also as I paid for next day delivery and then to be told was not possible to deliver next day it was even more disappointing!. The customer service person was lovely though and could not apologise enough for delivery mistake. But would not purchase another personalised product from here.”
