“The glasses are plastic! I wrapped them for a gift for Christmas and when opened they are plastic and cheap and now I'm over the 14 days to return them as I have not been able to contact you guys to return as I have to call you! I am so disappointed and embarrassed that I gave those as a gift to my p”

The item is made from borosilicate glass, this does feel different to glass crystal or glass. “Lovely glasses as per image, perfectly packed and arrived swiftly. The glass itself was much thinner than I expected so will have to be washed up extremely carefully.”
