“I have these myself and ordered the 3 LED Rose Bath Lights to be delivered to my friend in time for Christmas from Prezzybox. Water does get into the bottom of the lights so you have to open and dry off the inside after each use to prevent rust (which comes extremely easily and makes the metal inside brittle and liable to snap and break). I do like them, but they're a bit high maintenance. The payment for the gift was taken out of my account on 19th December 2020 to a value of £13.98, although I did not receive a confirmation email. On Monday 21st December, I received an email from Hermes saying that they were expecting my parcel from Prezzybox. I heard nothing further from Hermes. On Tuesday 22nd December, I received an email from Prezzybox that thanked me for placing an order and offered me a chance to review my shopping experience. I received a similar email again on Tuesday 29th December. However, the parcel has never been delivered to my friend and I have had no information from Hermes other than that detailed above. When I have tried to log into the Prezzybox website, it says that my email address is not registered with the site, despite it being receiving emails from Prezzybox. As such, I am not able to find out for myself what has happened to the order that I placed. I am extremely disappointed in this service that has taken my money and still not delivered the gift. I had paid extra on postage to ensure that it would arrive before Christmas. I have emailed Prezzybox separately on the issue and await a response.”

“These are amazing, float in the water and have beautiful colours. The only thing when you clean them, until they are fully dried the light might stay on. But to be honest i love it. Especially when having a soak.”
