“The chocolate bar is a present for a friend's birthday. It looks lovely, but it didn't arrive until today... almost 2 weeks after her birthday. I'm not too bothered because I got her another present as well which arrived on time, but it's something to look into to see why it arrived so late and hopefully fix that problem so that no one else ends up in my position. Hopefully my friend likes it!”
