“REALLY ANNOYING!! THE PRODUCT QUALITY IS 90% FINE YET AS PER USUAL WITH CHINES MADE GOODS THEY MADE THE PART THAT TIGHTENs THE PHONE ON THE END OF THE device out of really cheap flimsy plastic and as I tightened not putting much pressure on it broke meaning phone is floppy on the end making it virtually redundant piece of kit! Why oh why do the chinese manufacturers blood spend a few pence more to make a what is a vital part better quality??”
