“I haven't seen this personally as it was sent to a relative who lives a long way from me. However she did let me know that it was delivered when you told me it would be which was a bonus. It was also good value for money. She was absolutely delighted with it as she has been quite I'll. She said it was lovely and cheered her up no end. Thank you.”

“The lack of communication and placing the order was very poor. I didnt get any options to change delivery address and had to do it retrospectively with no guarantee or email to say it had been changed. I also got no dispatch notice until a day after the present had arrived. I wouldn’t use them again in a hurry.”
