“Item arrived late even though express delivery was selected. When opened the product had an unusual smell which I’m assuming may have been the plastic but it was unpleasant. Once the wrapping was taken off the item was dirty and marked so had to clean it up. Overall not to impressed as this is the second time I’ve ordered on an urgent service and not received as expected but this is the first time I’ve received a product in this condition. Decided not to pursue as needed for family member that doesn’t like fussing over minimal things which is why I cleaned it and will make sure that she wears socks when using the item.”
