“I bought this massage cushion as a Christmas present for my mother. When she opened it and proceeded to put the batteries in, the cushion would not start vibrating. After fiddling with it for a couple of minutes, the vibration started. The cushion would then not turn off. You had to press really hard to turn off the cushion. After a few hiccups, it finally started working properly.”
