“It looks lovely, was very well packaged for delivery and the outer mug box is a really nice design too. It's for a Christmas present so we haven't put anything hot in it to test it, but we trust it will be fine. Our niece is a huge Harry Potter fan and will be thrilled with this present. :-)”
