This company is very unreliable with delivery of products. In July I bought a birthday gift for a friend, it did not arrive until after the birthday, because I liked the product I went back again and ordered 2 presents for 2 different birthdays, one came after the birthday and the other still haven’t received and yet again birthday had gone. I am so angry so disappointed. The apology I’m getting from them is we’ll refund you your delivery money, what a joke when a sentimental birthday present is lost in post. Good luck if you’re using them, buy the gift 2 months in advance maybe it’ll come before the time. For me I’m not using them again.

Very disappointed the o was missing off the word Prosecco and I wanted to give it to my daughter for her birthday but didn’t bother in the end.

I had to send back the first mug as the word ‘keep’ was repeated twice on the front and a word was hyphenated on the back of the mug which firstly isn’t a word that should be hyphenated and secondly there was space for it to be written in full. I contacted the company and they asked if I wanted a refund or a replacement. As it was for Secret Santa and was very appropriate for the person concerned I asked for it to be remade and sent out to me but only if it was guaranteed to reach me by Wednesday 19th December as our Secret Santa was taking place on Thursday 20th. Unfortunately it only arrived on the Thursday and though they’d corrected the hyphenated word, the duplication of ‘keep’ was still there. I’ve therefore had to buy a different present and am left with a mug which is unsuitable.

Mug is acceptable just plain ordinary cheap mug personalised message is Good. However email received with regard to delivery misleading sent at 4.17 p.m. on 3rd stating it would be delivered between 3rd and 5th which was a bit weird email also said I could track order however this was not the case when I had online chat. My cup arrived at about 5.15 p.m.on the 5th so was delivered on time.
