“Ordered 2 Personalised Ceramic Travel Mugs, delivery was quite quick however when they arrived the presentation box was torn and tatty, not good when you are giving as a gift. Then the following day I found the exact same mugs (in the same presentation box) from another company (Personalised Gift Shop) for £14 less than I paid plus cheaper postage. Would not order from this company again, very disappointed.”
