“Arrived well packaged and in good time. The engraving of the name (five letters) was a little small, but looked ok. Nice substantial glass and perfect for use every day. It was a gift for an elderly man and he was very pleased with it.”

“I’m really disappointed with the service. My order still has not arrived and it’s been over 10 days. I had secret Santa event at work last week which we delayed to wait for my order to arrive and it still hasn’t. I’ve had to go buy another gift today. I’ve called once on Monday and it was confirmed it was arrive past Tuesday. It’s now Sunday tried calling and office is closed on weekends. I would like someone to call me ASAP please as I would like a refund.”

“A present for a relative, it was well received. Delivery times are not good though, despatched 27 July, arrived 1 August. Would be OK if delivery was free, but tardy when charged for.”
