“Unbelievably late for my personalised gift, which was given for my best friend’s wedding. Bought it on 10th, estimated time was between 15-17th, however, arrived after the wedding, which is on 18th. I had to buy another gift for replacement and costed me much more. I asked for refund, but never got a reply. I think it’s the worst idea to purchase from this website. I know they have different websites, but actuallly the same company. Avoid them, if you want something for a special occasion.”
