Prezzie did not arrive on time, and there was a distinct lack of communication! Had to telephone to to chase the prezzie to be told there had been a supplier issue - in other words it had been over looked! Over all a somewhat disappointed

Asked to write a review of their service. Wouldn't know because I'm still waiting for my order after 11 days! Next to no communication as to when it will arrive. I won't be using them again and I suggest you don't either if you want a present to arrive in a timely manner.

Very disappointed ,money taken out immediately,no email to say it had been dispatched,it took 10days to arrive .days after a birthday.

Very disappointed! Ordered Monday 25th May for a birthday present. Today is 4th June - still no sign of it. And the website said dispatch in 1 -3 days.
