“Awful. Presents haven’t been delivered. No one has bothered to respond back to me. Each time I check delivery status it states I placed the order the day I view. Even though I paid for next day delivery 2 weeks ok. Shocking customer service. Shocking altogether. Bought for a colleague for her bday. Never again will I order from this diabolical site”

Hello, Thanks for your review. We can see that your order was placed on an express delivery after our cut off time. Your order was dispatched the following day and delivered on time as per your confirmation email. The order needed to be placed on a Saturday delivery before our cut off time to arrive when you required it.
