“Hi, I can't pick any faults with the service but the delivery company were terrible, they left the parcel round the back of my friends house and didn't put a delivery slip through the door, the parcel was found 2 days later wet right through to the gift, the outer box of the gift was like mush and some of the items inside were wet although they were covered by plastic, I've never had any issues with you guys and am disappointed this happened, hopefully it won't happen again.”
