“It wasn’t the rose that wasn’t good because it hasn’t turned up yet. I was shown advertised in your website that if I ordered before the 21st of December I would be Guaranteed delivery before Christmas. It is still not here and I am extremely unhappy as I have no gift for a person. I don’t think I will be using this website again as I was promised delivery and it wasn’t kept. So the websites information is unreliable and untrusted.”
