“Didn't receive item to being out of stock , 4 days after id paid and ordered it !! Left me no time to sort anything of substance of replacement! But on a positive note I had my refund in bank the next of notification of cancellation, so not so happy experience”

“The worst service I’ve had on Valentine’s Day, my gold plated rose still hasn’t arrived. I order silver to begin with, a week later I was emailed that was out of stock! Then changed to gold plated, telling me it would arrive today and no tracking info. Useless.”
