Hi Katarzyna, Thanks for the feedback. We've not had a complaint like this before - Our Dinosaur lunchboxes are normally a big hit! If the box doesn't close, we suspect it may be too full - The harness should be placed around T.Rex's mouth to keep it shut. Hope this helps!
