“Having bought this as a Christmas present for an older relative that enjoys keeping busy with DIY, I thought this would make a great present and be a real help to him. The service from Prezzybox was fine and the delivery was on time and very quick. My only negative about this purchase was that the box that the item is packaged in is damaged. There's crumpled bits on the corners of the box, suggesting it's either been damaged in transit or has been a refunded item that has been sent out again. It's not looking too presentable as a nice present, but hopefully the item works as described and becomes a handy tool.”
