“Pretty disgusted really. Not only was the delivery beyond the five day delivery slot (I was refunded the postage) but the product was tiny. The pictures imply it is much bigger. For £25 I feel mugged.”

We can see there was a technical issue with the order, hence the delivery delay but as you said, this was resolved.
